Join us for our Breakfast Meeting at 8:30am on March 19th at Bond Schoeneck & King PLLC for our March event: Leveraging Cognitive Diversity: Engage Talent and Drive Innovation.

Kendra Evans, Director of RIT's Spectrum Support Program (SSP) and Neurodiverse Hiring Initiative (NHI), will lead our conversation as she shares how to harness the power of cognitively diverse teams for increased productivity, innovation, and workplace satisfaction.

In this workshop you will learn:

  1. Brief history and shared language of neurodiversity*
  2. Tips and tricks for creating a neuroinclusive workplace
  3. How to optimize engagement with neurodiverse clients

*Neurodiversity refers to natural and valuable variations in thinking, brain function, and behavior, such as those attributable to the autism spectrum. Such variations impact how one processes information, sees the world, and interacts with people.

Also, thank you to our business partner, Lawley Insurance for sponsoring!
