We will hear from Toni Jaeger-Fine on Building the Next-Generation Law Firm: The Administrator as Architect, Integrator, and Change Leader

Drawing on her new book, Next Gen Law Firm Management (2026), co-author Toni Jaeger-Fine will explore the increasingly strategic role of law firm administrators in building resilient, forward-looking firms. As law firms become larger, more complex, and more sophisticated enterprises, administrators are becoming critical partners in translating firm strategy into organizational reality.

Toni will discuss the unique challenges created by the law firm partnership model and the critical role professional management can play in connecting functions, institutionalizing knowledge and processes, facilitating change, and balancing short-term economic pressures with long-term firm value.

Participants will leave with a practical framework for identifying organizational misalignment and considering how management systems can work together to create a more integrated, innovative, client-centered, and resilient law firm.
